Berry Breakfast Crumble

This is so good it can be breakfast or dessert!

Ingredients:
1.5 cups of oats
2 tbsp ground flax
handful of raisins
handful of chopped nuts
mixed berries, enough to cover the bottom of the baking tray (I use frozen)
3-4 chopped apples
cinnamon to taste
2-3 tbsp of maple syrup
Method:
Use a baking pan approx 9″x13″
Add mixed berries and apples to the pan (enough to cover the bottom approx. 4-5 cups)
Combine oats, flax, chopped nuts, rasins, maple syrup, cinnamon and stir together so that it’s all moist from the syrup
Put the oats mixture on top of the fruit and press down slightly
Bake @ 350 F for 20-25 mins. until the top looks golden on the edges.
This recipie makes enough for 4 people or 4 breakfasts.
