3 Day Meal Plan – Underactive Stomach, Immune Boost

**Drink plenty of mineral water throughout the day**

  • nutritional yeast = NY

Upon Rising Warm lemon water  *add honey if it’s too sour Dandelion or milk thistle tea with honey Green tea with lemon *add honey for sweetness
Breakfast Buckwheat tortilla, black beans, refried beans, cilantro, peppers, avocado, NY

Squeeze of lime

Oatmeal power bowl: oats, banana, berries, chia seeds, cinnamon, GF, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, honey for sweetness.   Tofu scramble with NY, GF, shredded carrot, cilantro and micro greens.   
Snack Brazil nuts and berries.   Multigrain toast with avocado and microgreens.   Cilantro hummus with fresh vegetables and olives
Lunch Fried sweet potatoes and tofu in NY, with mushrooms, avocado,  red peppers, broccoli. Season with paprika, turmeric and black pepper while cooking Coconut curry chickpeas spiced with garlic, turmeric, black pepper. Quinoa & ground flax.

Lentil and spinach salad with walnuts, pecans, and garlic crusted yellowfin tuna, seasoned with balsamic vinegar
Snack Edamame beans optional: season with Tamari Fresh veggies dipped in guacamole Miso soup with seaweed – this is quick and can be prepared ahead of time
Dinner Quinoa with, GF, cucumber, garlic, turmeric, green onions, olives and sesame seeds, squeeze of lemon Rice wraps: celery, carrot, walnuts, green onion, sage, cucumber, garlic, soy sauce Steamed beets with dark leafy greens and seeded mustard sauce
